Abandoned Tenement

Abandoned Tenement is a main quest given by the Interviewers.

Starting the Quest

The quest is started automatically once the player finishes the initial interview at the start of the game.

The player is tasked with reaching the Player's Tenement and examining its state, the stairwell and the individual apartments.

To examine an apartment, the player has to visit each room of it.
Some apartments will require additional tools, such as a Sledgehammer, Axe or Pickaxe to access all rooms.
In one of the apartments the player has first to crouch, and then jump while crouching, to access one of the remaining rooms.
To examine the stairwell, the player has to visit all 3 available floors.
To access more floors of the Player's Tenement, the player has to renovate the Stairwell from either Tenement Contract Work! or Rob-In Build and Repair in the bazaar, each level of the Stairwell will give access to a new floor ending with floor 6. The third Stairwell upgrade can only be obtained from Rob-In Build and Repair.
To access apartment 2, the player must advance the main quest until reaching the quest New Business, at which point they will be given a phone number to call the fungal contamination unit to clean apartment 2. After this process apartment 2 will be accessible and will be a shop for the player to manage in future updates.
While doing the quest, the player will start the quests Getting Started and My Cozy Apartment.
