Devil's Angels is an intercity[1] outlaw[2] motorcycle club gang, that has a local MC Stalburg chapter in Stalburg city.
The gang has at least one clubhouse in Pitheath, 3 clubhouses in Westport,[3] and one former clubhouse in Obenseuer.
Backstory
Not much is know about the gang during the events of INFRA in 2016 and 2017, Markku Siltanen and Steve Johnson are known to get in bar fights with members of the gang at the Osmo Hill Bar.[4] Before the events of INFRA, Pitheath clubhouse took half of winter yield of green mushrooms from Mushroom Co. on the basis of protection.[5]
One of the clubhouses was established in an abandoned tenement located at Obenseuer Road 1. After the then-leader of that clubhouse died,[6] Malone Petronis took over the leader's position, and ruled with the help of Seamus Liepa. Under Petronis' command the clubhouse began an orange mushroom growing project in the Deekula Basement[7] in hopes of selling it,[8] however the product never became popular due to their side-effects,[9] resulting in the project failure.[10][11] After the project has failed, Liepa disappeared in the mines, presumed dead by Petronis,[12] and the Deekula Basement safehouse was sold cheapy to Hanss.[11]
Without Liepa, and due to illness,[6][10] Petronis had troubles keeping the control of the gang, and Harold Rimas took over the leadership.[6][10] Under Rimas' control, the gang. focused on growing green mushrooms instead. As a result, most of the gang members died suffering from Fungal Disease, while Rimas together with few members left, leaving Petronis alone at the tenement.[6][10]

Malone Petronis: "I..."
Seamus Liepa: "Maybe I shouldn't be surprised that... you're in that condition you old bastard. So tell me, how Harold relates to the fact that everyone died here?"
Malone Petronis: "They... stopped following my orders. Started... cough... growing those damn green mushrooms!"
Seamus Liepa: "And you allowed it to happen."
Malone Petronis: "I warned them, but they didn’t listen."
Seamus Liepa: "You expect me to believe that? I know you Malone! It was really your idea to start growing those damn green mushrooms when your other mushroom project failed, right?"
Malone Petronis: "What? No! Seamus listen! I'm very ill...
