Stalburg Mass Transit or SMT, is the organization responsible for all the public transport in Stalburg.
They have quite a big role in the corruption of Stalburg, as they are partially responsible for the cover-up of the Metro Accident.
They are known for bad working conditions, dangerous tunnels and most of all, ignoring protests.
